Chairman
Jonathan is a highly experienced entrepreneur within the security industry, with a strong track record of founding and leading successful security businesses. He provides strategic leadership to organisations on a growth trajectory, supporting them in scaling operations, improving performance, and strengthening long-term profitability. He later founded Sitewatch to focus specifically on construction site security.
Chief Executive Officer
Kristian is a dynamic security-industry leader who drives Sitewatch Group's vision and growth. His sector knowledge, operational leadership and strategic execution have helped position Sitewatch as a trusted name in construction site security. He is leading the company into its next phase of expansion and innovation.
Chief Financial Officer
Richard has over 30 years' experience in finance, including Finance Director roles for large companies, corporate restructuring, acquisitions and sales. Since 2012 he has run a commercial finance brokering company specialising in debt finance for SMEs and property developers, while continuing to support clients as a part-time CFO and Non-Executive Director.
Chief Operating Officer
Mandy is an accomplished HR leader and Chartered Fellow of the CIPD. She aligns people strategies with business objectives and drives operational efficiency, scalability and sustainable growth at Sitewatch Group. Before Sitewatch, she held senior HR roles at Ricoh UK, fostering continuous improvement and leadership excellence.
Operations Director
With over 14 years in the security industry, Tammy brings extensive expertise in operations management, leadership and health & safety. She oversees company operations, fleet management, HR, recruitment, training and apprentice development. A founding member of Sitewatch, she is passionate about complex, high-risk sites and high standards of service delivery.
Group Finance Manager
Charlie is a dedicated Finance Manager with a strong background in finance and accounting. After earning three promotions in four years, Charlie is known for determination, a strong work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly. Charlie is currently advancing professional qualifications through CIMA.
Business Development Manager
Filipe is dedicated to understanding each client's unique needs and providing customised security solutions. With in-depth knowledge of Sitewatch products and services, he builds strong relationships and delivers exceptional customer service to help clients secure what matters most.

Karen is dedicated to understanding each client's unique needs and providing customised security solutions. Her product and service knowledge helps her build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring the best protection for Sitewatch clients.
Internal Sales Executive
John helps clients understand their security options and find solutions matched to their individual needs. With strong product knowledge and a customer-first approach, he supports the team in delivering responsive service and dependable protection.
Business Development Manager
Tim works with clients to understand their requirements and develop customised security solutions. His knowledge of Sitewatch's products and services supports strong relationships and a consistently high standard of customer care.
Lead Deployment Supervisor
Tom brings technical expertise and leadership to Sitewatch deployments. After running a successful digital signage business, he joined the wider group and has been part of Sitewatch since its early days. He combines hands-on technical know-how with people management to deliver smooth, efficient deployments and consistently high service standards.
Technical Director
Audrius began in electrical engineering in 2009 and moved into fire and security in 2012. He has played a pivotal role in designing, building and continually developing Sitewatch's solar-powered CCTV tower systems, working on every model since the first prototype. His passion is solar technology and smart innovation.
Finance Administrator
Kim supports Sitewatch's finance administration and helps keep the business running smoothly behind the scenes.
